Law Firm Georgieva and Georgiev is created to provide a high-quality legal services in the Bulgarian market, protecting the rights and interests of Bulgarian and foreign clients here and aiming for the incorporation and development of a successful business within the country.

Our goal is to find the most useful result for the client. This can only be achieved by receiving all available information upon beginning our work. Having up to date information about the circumstances of a case or changes that may occur is of crucial importance in providing full protection of our client’s rights and legal interests.

Our attorney’s fees are based on the professional skills used for each separate case and the complexity of the legal service provided. These fees reflect time and efforts used to resolve the particular legal issue, as well as the size of the protected material interest.

Our attorney’s fees do not include expenses, which are payable separately from our fees. Expenses include state, municipal, notary and judicial fees, fees for postal and courier services, photocopying, taxi services, business trips etc.

According to Article 39 of the Bar Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, Law Firm Georgieva and Georgiev has a special attorney’s client’s bank account, where all expenses of the clients shall be transferred. Under the explicit request of the client he/she would be informed of the amount of account’s balance and the amount of expenses and fees at each stage of the process of our legal work.

If any of the attorney’s fees are not paid on time, the Law gives us the option to stop working on the case, but work done up to this point must be paid for. When a client cancels the case without well-founded reasons, the deposit is not refundable.
